Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we can offer a replacement or a full refund after verification.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us to request a return.
- Download and print the return label provided.
- Ship the item back to the return address we provide.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
Refund Arrival Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged.
Return Shipping Cost
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
